PICKERING, ONT. — Sevoy Developments has announced the launch of a new 40-storey residential condo tower, 1515 Pickering Parkway, in Pickering, Ont.
The condo residence will rise adjacent to the Pickering Town Centre mall, the GO station, the public library and the community centre, stated a release. The project will feature a range of unit sizes from three bedrooms to studios and prices starting in the $400s.
The designer is Arcadis, with a facade created in black and white panels similar to a keyboard. The residence will have 571 suites.
Amenities include a ground floor off-leash dog park, a mezzanine with a co-working area, an interior rooftop courtyard with seating areas, barbecues and entertainment spaces, and balconies for every suite.
Interiors were designed by the Truong Ly Design. Features include multimedia rooms as well as a family room with entertainment and game zones.
“For us, architecture is akin to composing music — it’s about creating harmony between form, function and the environment. This philosophy guided our design for 1515 Pickering Parkway, where the building itself becomes a visual symphony,” stated Stephen Hood, lead architect at Arcadis, in a statement. “1515 Pickering Parkway will become a new landmark, creating an indelible mark in the skyline.”
