Facade work progresses at the Monza Condos on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto. The owner is The Benvenuto Group and Reliance Construction is the construction manager.
The project includes one 10-storey, mixed-use building with 76 suites, ground floor retail and two levels of underground parking. Amenities will include a private fitness studio, a rooftop party room with a catering kitchen and dining areas, an outdoor lounge and barbecues. The project was designed by The Ventin Group Ltd. and Studio AC. Consultants are: Bousfields Inc.; LEA Consulting Ltd. (structural); Integral Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Patton Design Studio (interior); and Studio TLA (landscape). Subtrades include Manel Contracting Ltd., Glencairn Mechanical and Standard Plumbing.
