Balcony work has reached the top floor of Pearl Place Condos on Yonge Street in Toronto.
The owner and GC is The Conservatory Group and the work includes one 34-storey, 478 suite multi-residential development with five levels of below grade parking. The project will also have a fitness centre, party room, spa, an indoor pool and an outdoor terrace with barbecues. The project was designed by Richmond Architects. Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural), Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical), Masongsong Associates (civil).
