MILTON, ONT. — Mattamy Homes has announced the launch of The Laurels, a multi-residential development in Milton, Ont. west of Toronto.
The development is located at Britannia Road and Regional Road 25 in Milton. It’s one of three upcoming launches by Mattamy’s GTA Urban Division, stated a release.
Residences are priced starting in the $500,000s. Sixty per cent of the units will be one-bedroom with dens, targeting first-time buyers. The first phase is 216 units and 14 storeys.
Designed by CORE architects, phase one of The Laurels will be developed as a central node in a larger master-planned community. Mattamy is incorporating geothermal heating and cooling into the first phase.
Phase one will also offer 5,000 square feet of retail space, with more retail spaces planned in future phases. Amenities will include a gym, yoga studio and party room.
Occupancy for phase one is slated for fall 2027, with full build-out by winter 2029.
“At Mattamy, we believe in Milton and in creating more opportunities for Canadians to realize their dreams of homeownership,” stated Mattamy GTA Urban Division president Niall Haggart in a statement. “With The Laurels, we are excited to continue delivering housing that is not only attainable but also sustainable, well-designed and connected to the natural beauty of the area.”
