Freed launches luxury residences in Blue Mountains
FREED — The Residences at Blue Mountain will feature 196 suites ranging in size from 350 to 1,350 square feet with design by B+H Architects.

BLUE MOUNTAINS, ONT. — Freed Hotels & Resorts has unveiled its master-planned Freed Blue Mountain development, one of the largest residential/hospitality developments slated for the Blue Mountain area of Ontario in over 20 years.

Phase one will be the luxury Residences at Blue Mountain, debuting on Nov. 16. The complex, located in close proximity to the ski hill, offers 196 suites ranging in size from 350 to 1,350 square feet with layouts furnished by RH.

The design of the Residences at Blue Mountain is by B+H Architects with interiors by DesignAgency.

Amenities will include a rooftop pool overlooking the village and ski hill, fitness centre, multi-purpose rooms, ski and snowboard lockers and underground parking. The main floor will feature 18,000 square feet of commercial, dining and retail space.

Freed holdings include Freed Golf, Muskoka Bay, Horseshoe and Deerhurst resorts.
