TORONTO—Toronto-based Constellation HomeBuilder Systems has announced the launch of a new web-based, real-time collaboration tool for trades and builders called TradeTopia.
A recent statement explained that TradeTopia is designed to make it easier for builders and trades to communicate more efficiently working online including performing such tasks as estimating, purchasing and scheduling. The tool is part of Constellation’s BuildTopia platform.
Constellation is active across North America and is said to be among the continent’s largest provider of homebuilding software services.
“We’re so pleased to be pushing the homebuilding industry to the next level with our latest collaboration tool,” said Constellation vice-president Sean Wilhelm in a statement. “TradeTopia provides trade users a suite of powerful tools that allows them to work with the utmost efficiency and accuracy.”
Clients will also have access to BuildTopia Dashboards and Design Studio Manager software.
BuildTopia Dashboards offer a centralized visual representation of data, intended to allow builders to make faster and more accurate data-driven decisions, states the release, while Design Studio Manager helps homebuilders and developers streamline sales and design processes using real-time product information.
Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is the homebuilding software division of Constellation Software Inc., which is traded publicly on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
