NAMPA, IDAHO — LDK Ventures, McAlvain Construction and Colliers recently broke ground on the Madison Logistics Center, a new, efficiently-constructed industrial park located in Nampa, Idaho.
The new development, located just north of Karcher Road near the Northside interchange in Nampa, consists of three separate 115,000-square-foot buildings on 20 acres of land. The first building will be ready for occupancy in January 2023.
The centre is designed to be a model of efficiency, with a roof prepped for solar panels, 28 dock doors in each building and 32 feet of warehouse clear height, indicates a release, adding other amenities include yard/trailer parking, 50’ by 54’ warehouse column spacing and an energy-friendly blend of natural skylights and LED lighting.
LDK Ventures, a Sacramento and Boise-based development group has backed the project, bringing on McAlvain Companies for construction, as well as Colliers brokerage experts Devin Ogden and Michael McNeight as the leasing advisors.
“Our team is excited about the possibilities the Madison Logistic Center holds for the Nampa community,” said Denton Kelley, managing principal of LDK Ventures, in a statement. “Our hope is that, as with our other projects here, it will continue to attract more businesses to the area and further position Nampa as an industrial hub and excellent place to do business.”
