MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. — Construction was recently completed on The Reserve at Sono Cottages and Apartment Homes, a multi-family project located in Vadnais Heights, Minn., Big-D Midwest Construction has announced.
Located on a 13-acre property, the project was developed by At Home Apartments and designed by Collage Architects. It consists of an 89-unit apartment building and 74 townhome units built across 13 separate two-storey buildings.
Offering 30 different floor plans with one, two and three-bedroom units, the project is the seventh project for the At Home, Collage Architects and the Big-D Midwest team. Community amenities include a resort-style pool and pool-side club room, walking/hiking trails, fitness and yoga studios, work-from-home spaces, wine and coffee bars, a dog park, sky lounge and games den.
