ST. PAUL, MINN. – Big-D Midwest, a member of the Big-D Construction group of companies, has broken ground on a 160-unit housing development in Rosemount, Minn.
The 250,000-square-foot project is part of the larger Amber Fields Development happening in the neighborhood which will feature new homes and commercial space.
“The Landing at Amber Fields is a great addition to our community. Furthermore, it’s a pleasure celebrating our 11th project with long-time client, Real Estate Equities. Over the last five years working together we’ve created a great partnership for which we are beyond grateful,” said Big-D Midwest senior vice-president and managing director Cory Schubert in a statement.
The affordable housing project includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and community amenities include a club room, fitness room, underground parking, outdoor patio, playground and dog park, a release said.
Big-D Midwest worked with Real Estate Equities and Urbanworks Architecture on the project, which is expected to be completed in late 2024.
