This week on the Construction Record podcast digital media editor Warren Frey speaks with Maxime Duzyk, the director of building science and engineering at Huntsman Building Solutions.
During the interview Duzyk explains how spray foam can act as an air and vapour barrier as well as an insulation and weather barrier using soy-based product. He also details how spray foam can be a more sustainable alternative than traditional insulation and how D-Max wall assemblies allow for spray foam to be installed from the interior while covering a structure’s thermal bridges.
