In this week’s episode of the Construction Record podcast, digital media editor Warren Frey talks with Credivera co-founder and CEO Dan Giurescu about the company’s innovative use of digital technology to verify workforce compliance.
Giurescu explained how the blockchain is used to create a “digital wallet” for documents much like those found on Apple and Android mobile devices but specifically for health and safety, security and identity documents that can be applied to the worksite and beyond.
While construction has traditionally been a “pen and paper” industry, Giurescu is confident the flexibility and ease of use of a digital verification system will supplant traditional methods while providing new benefits for employers and employees.
