LANGFORD, B.C. – A construction worker on a Langford, B.C. worksite has died.
On Sept. 25 at approximately 12:50 p.m. West Shore RCMP attended a call of an unresponsive male at a construction site located near the 1400 block of Pinehurst Place in Langford, an RCMP release said.
Police and BC Emergency Health Services attended the scene and applied life-saving measures, but the victim, a construction site employee in his mid-20s, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
WorkSafeBC and the BC. Coroner’s Service have been advised and police are continuing their investigation, the RCMP said.
No further details are available at this time as efforts are underway to notify the family of the deceased, the release said.
