Calgary-based Statesman Group is reaching out to British Columbia to complete their massive new resort.
Located in the valley of Invermere, Pineridge Mountain Resort will contain 300 single-family cottage lots and 400 townhomes.
The resort will also include a major fitness facility and an eight-acre park.
Designed by Edmonton-based GMH Group, the $130-million project will be built by the Statesman Group.
The first 26-unit phase of townhomes is currently underway. Completion of the entire project is scheduled for 2016.
