Kaneff Properties Ltd. is in negotiations with the City of Brampton to lift a holding symbol from the zoning at 8501 Mississauga Road. Kaneff plans to build a 90,000-square-foot office building on the site.

Kaneff Properties Ltd. is in negotiations with the City of Brampton to lift a holding symbol from the zoning at 8501 Mississauga Road, the site of a proposed 90,000-square-foot office building.
Expected to cost approximately $13.5 million to build, the four-storey office building will also require a site plan approval from the municipality before the detailed design process can begin.
Radeff Architect Ltd. have completed the preliminary designs for the building, but have not yet announced when the detailed design proceed will begin.
Glen Schnarr and Associates Inc. intend to seek the municipal site plan approvals late November 2008 for Kaneff Properties Ltd.
Construction is expected to begin on the building in spring 2009. The building, once complete, will be LEED Certified.
