Construction continues on the $1.5 billion Bow Tower in downtown Calgary, with the developer having recently secured funding to resume the project. The 58-storey office tower will have about two million square feet of space.
Ledcor Construction Ltd. is the construction manager. Matcon Excavation & Shoring is the excavation contractor, while Walters Inc. and Supreme Steel Ltd, are the structural steel contractors.
The architect is Zeidler Partnership Architects. EnCana will be head-leasing the entire office tower and all of the 1,361 underground parking spaces for 25 years.
