LEC Engineering Contracting Ltd. is the general contractor for Seismic upgrades to Gilmour Community Elementary School In Burnaby. Construction started last year and is expected to wrap up by September.
The work includes electrical, mechanical, and building system upgrades. The school’s existing masonry veneer will be replaced with new brick while re-using the existing stone/concrete sills and lintels.
