Tonbridge Power Inc. (TSX.V: TBZ), which owns Montana Alberta Tie Ltd., announced the upcoming departure of chief executive officer Johan van ‘t Hof and chief financial officer Caren Narvet. Tonbridge Power Inc. (TSX.V: TBZ), which owns Montana Alberta Tie Ltd., announced the upcoming departure of chief executive officer Johan van ‘t Hof and chief financial officer Caren Narvet.
MATL is working on an electrical power transmission line between Alberta and Montana, but work has halted due to dispute with its contractor.
The MATL transmission line is intended to connect the electrical distribution systems of Alberta and Montana.
The project was guided by van 't Hof, who has been CEO for seven years and will continue as a special advisor to the Tonbridge board of directors.
MATL president Robert van Beers will take over as CEO of Tonbridge, the company said.
Narvet “will advise the company over the next several months in the transition to new financial leadership.”
