CEI Architecture Planning Interiors is the architect. The structure will be two storeys tall and will include 90,000 sq. ft. of space.
Contractors on the project include Dynamic Structures Ltd. (structural steel), Lockerbie & Hole Contracting (mechanical), and Canem Systems Ltd. (electrical).
The consulting engineers are Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd (civil), Fast + Epp (structural), AME Group Engineering (mechanical) and Acumen Consulting Engineers (electrical)
