Work continues on The One, a $34 million condominium complex of three structures on Vancouver’s False Creek North nestled next to B.C. Place.
The One will consist of three 12-storey structures.
Site work is now underway with construction to begin soon. The designer is Bingham Hill Architects.
Engineering is by Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers (structural), Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd. (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical).
Construction began in July 2013 and completion is expected by July 2015.
