Seylynn Village is a new three tower condo and townhouse development under construction at 600 Mountain Highway, North Vancouver.
The development has a total of 247 units and residents will become part of a luxury-style 14,000 square foot clubhouse. Within the facility, there is a 3,700 square foot fitness centre, as well as a daycare facility, lounge and a yoga and dance studio. There is also a 25 metre infinity lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. The initial Beacon building has a bike repair shop, bike lockers, electric car power stations, as well as car and bike wash facilities. The developer is Denna Homes.
