EDMONTON – Crews have broken ground on an 18-storey residential tower at Century Park in south Edmonton.
According to the developer, ProCura Real Estate Services, the building will feature 176 residential rental units.
The tower is the first project to begin construction at Century Park since city council rezoned the site adjacent to the LRT station at ProCura’s request in June.
The tower is the first piece of a master plan to develop 32 acres into 3,995 new residential units, office space, a boutique hotel, a retail promenade and walkable streets.
ProCura is working with Edmonton-based Manasc Isaac Architects on Central Tower. ITC Construction Group will be the general contractor on the project.
Central Tower is scheduled to be complete by June 2019.
