Vancouver’s Central Presbyterian Church has transformed from a one-storey facility into a mixed-use development with 45 units of social housing and 168 market rental units in a 22-storey building on Thurlow Street and Pendrell Street.
Bosa is the developer of the project, with Henriquez Partners Architects in charge of design.
The church will be part of a three-storey podium that will also contain community space, a daycare centre and commercial facilities.
