Construction is well underway at The Halo Towers in Winnipeg’s Fort Richmond neighbourhood.
The new development, designed by local firm Affinity Architecture, is being built by owner/developer Private Pension Partners. The two buildings will feature over 400 luxury rental suites and 10,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Amenities will include a fitness centre, indoor dog park and dog wash, indoor car wash and ground level and rooftop patio spaces. No project costs have been released but completion is expected in 2023.
