EDMONTON — Glenora Park Retirement Residence recently celebrated its grand opening in Edmonton and with it came the unveiling of Clifton Park, a publicly accessible gathering space.
“This is a stunning outdoor communal space that will complement our elegant suites and high-end amenities,” said JP Cadeau, president of Revera Canada, in a release.
Glenora Park is a joint development between ONE Properties and Revera Inc. It features 290 suites and cost roughly $140 million to complete. The first residents moved in to their new homes in October 2022.
Clifton Park contains accessible walking paths, a fenced dog run and a bronze cast statue of a packhorse by Canadian artists Jacqueline Metz and Nancy Chew.
Glenora Park contains a fitness centre, saltwater pool and Skyview Lounge among other amenities.
“Living here gives me the opportunity to try different activities and socialize in a safe environment. The view from my apartment is very calming and beautiful and reminds me of my hometown,” said Glenora resident Mollie Roy in the release.
