Thompson Landing on Royal riverfront condo opens in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS, B.C. — A new riverfront condo development at 207 and 215 Royal Avenue on Kamloops’ North Shore is now open.

Thompson Landing on Royal has 64 units in the two-building development with studio, one- and two-bedroom condos, underground parking and riverfront access.

With over 65 per cent already sold, Thompson Landing on Royal is situated along the Thompson River and was developed by ARPA Investments.

Onsite amenities include a fitness centre, rooftop terrace and secure bicycle storage.

There is also a covered, concrete parking structure with 86 parking stalls.
