ROSSER, MAN. — Medline Canada, Arctic Beverages and Polymershapes have expanded their operations to West Creek Industrial Park, an industrial development in CentrePort Canada.

Developed by Hopewell Development LP, the 294,150-square-foot industrial park is being marketed by Colliers International.

Building 1 is located at 179 West Creek Way and Building 2 is located at 55 Durum Drive in the Rural Municipality of Rosser. Medline Canada, Arctic Beverages and Polymershapes are the first tenants to lease space, states a release.

Medline Canada, a medical supplies manufacturer and distributor, is leasing approximately 46,000 square feet in Building 1.

Arctic Beverages, Canada’s only First Nations-owned Pepsi franchise, is leasing approximately 36,000 square feet in Building 2. The company distributes Pepsi, Frito Lay, Canada Bread and Nestlé products, among other brands.

Medline Canada and Arctic Beverages had already been operating out of locations within CentrePort Canada.

Polymershapes Winnipeg, a distributor of plastic sheet, rod, tube, film and associated products, is leasing over 19,000 square feet in Building 2. Polymershapes has been in operation since 1946. There are currently 75 locations in North and South America; the Winnipeg location opened in 1988.

CentrePort Canada is a 20,000-acre inland port and foreign trade zone. It is the only inland port in the country with direct access to tri-modal transportation with truck, rail and air operations.
