For the second year running COVID-19 dominated both the headlines and the issues the construction industry dealt with throughout the year, Angela said, ranging from the design of new projects to economic recovery to supply chain issues and the affordable housing crisis.
Angela also singled out the editorial team’s work on the Cracks in the Foundation series and said interviewing figures for the series who have been directly affected by the substance use crisis such as carpenter Rob Trymbulak and counselor Julian Toy.
