Construction is progressing at Bathurst and Front streets on the Minto Westside condominiums in Toronto.
The two-phase project by Minto Group consists of one 18-storey and one 20-storey tower that will be connected by a nine-storey podium with two levels of underground parking in each tower. There will also be commercial/retail space, a ninth floor outdoor lounge, a bar, seating area, a gym and a rooftop pool. The project was designed by Wallman Architects and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); SNC-Lavalin Inc. (electrical); Burdifilek (interior design) and Ferris + Associates Inc. (landscape).
