MONTREAL — National Bank has announced the construction team it will be working with to build its new head office, to be located on Saint-Jacques Street West in Montreal.
Working with the bank, which is the developer on the project, will be Decasult, serving as project management partner; Menkes Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Architectes; Broccolini as general contractor and project manager; Bouthillette Parizeau | Pageau Morel, who will be responsible for electromechanical engineering; WSP doing structural engineering; Marchand Houle et associes, civil engineering; Pomerleau as structural contractor; and Claude Cormier et associes handling landscape architecture.
Devencore will act as the adviser and broker for the sale of the building at 600 De La Gauchetiere W., said a recent media statement. The new tower will cover one million square feet and the bank will create a 40,000-square-foot park, open to the public, at the foot of the building.
