Some of the now vacant homes on Clonmore Drive have been painted white prior to demolition to make way for the Clonmore Towns in Scarborough, Ont.

The developer of the project is Core Development Group and the work includes a three-storey, 118-unit condo townhouse development with underground parking and a separate building containing some amenities. Completion on the project is scheduled for 2021 and the project was designed by RAW Design. Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural), Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical), U31 Inc. (interior) and Strybos Barron King (landscape).
