McKenna reappoints Shim to Waterfront Toronto

TORONTO — The federal government has announced it is reappointing Jeanhy Shim to the Waterfront Toronto board of directors for a three-year period.

Shim has worked in the real estate sector and has consulted on residential and mixed-use projects in Toronto and across North America for over 25 years, noted a June 12 release.

“Over the past three years, she has brought valuable knowledge and experience to the board, and her reappointment will ensure continuity as Waterfront Toronto embarks on the next phase of waterfront revitalization,” commented federal Minister of Infrastructure and Communities Catherine McKenna in the release.

“As one of our federal representatives on the board, Ms. Shim’s work to date has had a great impact on the Waterfront Revitalization initiative. I am confident that she will continue to serve the organization well as it transforms Toronto’s waterfront into sustainable, accessible and dynamic public spaces.”
