Facade work continues up the Liberty Central by the Lake condominiums phase two in Toronto, Ont.

CanAlfa Group is the owner/developer and Highstar Building Inc. is the construction manager. The work includes a 27-storey tower with over 300 suites and a podium with retail linking to phase one. The amenities will include a gym, hot tub/jacuzzi, a party room, barbecue area, a media room, a pool and patio garden. The architect/civil engineer and landscape architect for the project is IBI Group Inc. Consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural) and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical).
