A view from a drone shows work is progressing at the Brixton mixed-use development on Dufferin Street in Toronto.
The owners are Fitzrovia Real Estate Inc./CentreCourt and the development company is Fitzrovia Capital/Dufferin Residences LP. EllisDon is the construction manager and the work includes three-buildings ranging from nine to 13 storeys with approximately 400 units, office space and ground floor retail. Amenities will include a full-sized gym, yoga room, party/entertainment room and an outdoor pool with cabana and barbecue area. The project was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architect and consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural), MCW Group (mechanical/electrical) and NAK Design Strategies (landscape).
