Govan Brown names new vice-president of federal services

OTTAWA — In her new role as Govan Brown’s vice-president of federal services, Melissa Moffitt will be responsible for providing leadership and executive oversight on the federal pursuit strategy in support of the company’s business development and growth in the public sector across Canada, the company announced recently.

Moffitt has 20 years experience in public sector infrastructure and has developed an expertise in leading high-performance sales teams and fostering strategic partnerships for both public and private sector clients. She recently held the position of director of business development and senior account executive at a leading management consulting/professional services firm specializing in infrastructure and real estate. For the past 10 years she managed key federal accounts and launched new service lines in order to better serve the needs of clients.
