TORONTO—Altree Developments has announced the commencement of site demolition at its Forest Hill Private Residences project on Forest Hill Road in Toronto.
Construction of the nine-storey luxury condominium structure will begin in a few weeks, stated a recent release. The project was in planning for three years.
Architecture is by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc. with designs by U31.
Features include a private porte cochere, grass-filled private terraces and suites built for both living and work. The residences are priced starting at $1.8 million to $6 million plus.
