Facade work moves up at the Ravine Condos Phase One on York Mills Road in Toronto.
The owners are Urban Capital and ALIT Developments. The project, built by Tucker Hirise Construction, consists of one 24 storey condominium building with 331 suites and one 12 storey rental apartment building with 119 units. The buildings will be connected through the three-level underground parking and amenities will include a fitness centre, party room lounge, children’s playroom, indoor and outdoor bar, dog wash bay and an outdoor lounge and fireplace. The project was designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architects Inc. and consultants are: Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); WSP Group (civil); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior).
