Axiom Builders’ Esprit 2 project

Esprit 2, a condominium and townhouse development is taking shape in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Axiom Builders Inc. is the general contractor on the Esprit 2 project.

Designed by IBI/HB Architects for owner Bosa Properties Inc., the development includes a 24-storey, 150-unit condominium tower and six two-storey townhouses at the podium level.

Consulting engineers on the project include Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd. (mechanical); John Bryson & Partners (structural); and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical).
