Adamson Associates Architects are preparing the preliminary designs for an office and retail complex at Highway 10, Hurontario Street and Bristol Road in Mississauga, called Britannia Farmlands.
The 32-acre property is owned by the Peel District School Board. The board is leasing the land to Osmington Inc.
Osmington Inc. plans to seek approvals for rezoning the property in 2009.
The 850,000-square-foot development is expected to consist of five to eight high-rise office towers with retail space and the relocation and restoration of two existing heritage buildings on the site.
