Work is moving along on the Hyatt Place & Residences on Jarvis Street in Toronto.
The owner is Manga Hotels Inc. and the construction manager is SKYGRiD Construction. The work includes one 32-storey tower with 239 hotel suites on the lower-to-mid floors and 178 rental apartments in the upper portion of the tower, four levels of underground parking and a restaurant/cafe on ground level. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); MCW Group (mechanical/electrical); Politis Engineering (civil); Mackay Wong Design (interior); and Land Art Design Landscape Architects. Subtrades include Michael Bros. Excavating.
