Brivia launches ski-in/ski-out community at Tremblant
BRIVIA GROUP—L'Hymne des Trembles will be developed on a 14-hectare site on the Versant Soleil side of Mont Tremblant resort in Quebec.

MONT-TREMBLANT, QUE. — Brivia Group has announced the launch of the first two phases of L’Hymne des Trembles, a residential real estate project located at Mont Tremblant’s Versant Soleil hill in Quebec.

The mixed-use project will offer mountainside living with ski-in/ski-out access and close proximity to nearby golf courses, stated a release.

Called L’Hymne des Trembles, the project will be developed on a 14-hectare site on the Versant Soleil side of the mountain and include a total of 64 units in Phase 1 and 15 units in Phase 2. The first units will go on sale in mid-October with a starting price of $950,000.

The first units will be served by a new ski lift and are scheduled for delivery in 2024. The first two phases consist of a combination of mountain homes, townhomes and condominiums.

Amenities and common areas will include numerous four-season terraces, Jacuzzis and outdoor fireplaces. The branding and interior design of the site were done by YOO Design Studio, with the architecture undertaken by MSDL Architects.

“In line with the residential aspirations of Quebecers, our clientele is interested in an urban lifestyle, but at the same time aspires to own a home surrounded by nature. With this in mind, we named our project to reflect the mountain’s enchanting and colossal side,” said Kheng Ly, founder-president and CEO of Brivia Group, in a statement.
