PETITE-RIVIERE-SAINT-FRANCOIS, QUE. — The Societe Immobiliere du Massif de Charlevoix has announced plans for a new residential ski-in, ski-out project at its resort on the St. Lawrence River northeast of Quebec City.
The new $40-million apartment-hotel project will be named Le Camp de Base – Secteur Grande Pointe. The residence will be constructed adjacent to ski and bike trails close to the village of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Que., stated a release.
The four-storey residential complex will feature 118 units ranging in size from 409 to 678 square feet. Several units will have a balcony.
Amenities will include a dining area and multipurpose room, training room, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, ski room and bicycle storage area. The residence will be built a few steps from the gondola and Club Med Quebec Charlevoix.
The first units will be available for sale in the summer of 2023 with a starting price of $300,000. Occupancy of the first units is scheduled for the fall of 2025.
“This is a new lifestyle for future owners, while meeting the accommodation needs of the clientele. An attractive choice for short-term visits, Le Camp de Base will give its guests the impression of staying at home while having access to quality hotel services,” stated Charles-Antoine Choquette, vice-president of real estate development for Groupe Le Massif, in a statement.
