TORONTO — Curated Properties has announced its latest Toronto residential project, 8 Temple, a 16-storey development with 269 residential units slated for Dufferin and Liberty.
The project was conceived as a place for first-time buyers and others, stated a recent release. The condos will range from one to three bedrooms.
Amenities will feature a top floor with indoor and outdoor spaces including Toronto’s first rooftop pickleball court, indoor and outdoor kitchen, fitness centre, rooftop lounge with an outdoor theatre and barrel saunas. The interiors and amenities are by Chapi Chapo Design.
Residents will have access to the 504 King streetcar as well as the 29 Dufferin route, with the existing Exhibition GO station and future Ontario Line stop nearby.
“Whether buyers are looking for their first, second or forever home, we wanted to deliver a thoughtful, vertical community that accounts for the practical realities of urban living, complemented by well-articulated, livable suites and an elevated collection of amenity spaces,” stated Curated Properties partner Adam Ochshorn in a statement. “For these buyers, it’s not necessarily more space they’re after, but a better location, more thoughtful layouts, and convenient access to the urban lifestyle that defines condo living.”
