Glass installation moves upwards at the new Baxter Office Building at 7125 Mississauga Rd. in Mississauga, Ont.

EllisDon Corp. has occupancy of the five-storey office with surface parking to begin in fall 2011. The project is designed to meet LEED Silver rating and the architect is BBB Architects.

Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); Sprint Insight Inc. (mechanical); Halsall Associates Ltd. (LEED); and Bernie Electric.
