Construction is moving up on the Tower at King West Condominiums in Liberty Village at 125 Western Battery Rd. in Toronto, Ont.

General contractor of the 30-storey tower with over 400 units and underground parking is TMG Builders Inc. and the owner is Plaza Corp. The tower will also include a fitness centre, media room, multi-purpose room and private guest suites. The architects are Gabriel Bodor Architect Inc. and Quadrangle Architects Ltd. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Concord Consultants Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Terraplan Landscape Architects Inc.

Subcontractors include: Anpro Environmental Group; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Trio Forming; Architectural Precast Systems Inc.; Canada-Wide Reinforcing Steel Ltd. (rebar); Venice Construction Inc. (masonry); University Plumbing & Heating; York Sheet Metal Ltd.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; Allan Window Systems Inc.
