Georgia-Pacific recently completed the purchase of oriented strand board (OSB) and related facilities in Allendale and Clarendon, S.C., and Englehart and Earlton, Ont. from Grant Forest Products.

The acquisition expands Georgia-Pacific’s plywood and OSB panel manufacturing portfolio and adds new products designed to help tackle building challenges such as moisture protection and wind resistance, the company reports.
