Construction is moving along on the Courtyards of Maple condominiums in Vaughan, Ont.

Builders of the four-storey building with 105 units are Marino Developments/TriAxis Developments Corporation and the general contractor is TriAxis Construction Limited. The project designed by Kohn Partnership Architects will have retail, a party room, a fitness room and a landscaped courtyard. Consultants are: Dorlan Engineering Consultants Inc. (structural); AEC Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); Condeland Engineering (civil); Krcmar Surveyors; Construction Control Group (building science) and MSLA Landscape Architects.

Subcontractors include: EP Excavating; Pro Caissons (shoring); Fourwinds Construction (site services); Maplewood Forming; HR Steel (structural steel); Gilbert Steel (reinforcing steel); CBM (concrete); JVH Masonry; Exclusive Carpentry; Diva Drywall; Marsil Mechanical; Trade Electric; Duron Ontario Ltd. (waterproofing); Kone Elevator; SKP Roofing and Sunrise Window & Door Systems.
