Construction moves along on the Thunderbird Condominium, One Valhalla Condos phase two in the former city of Etobicoke, in Toronto, Ontario.
Edilcan Construction Corp. has completion of the 35-storey, 336-unit building scheduled for mid-2013 and the owner is Valhalla Thunderbird Inc.
The project will include fitness facilities, an indoor pool, movie screening room, a business centre, a guest suite and rooftop terrace.
The project was designed by Page + Steele Inc. IBI Group. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical); Munge Leung Design Associates (interior) and Schollen & Company Inc. (landscape).
Subtrades include: Ragno Excavating; Avenue Building Corp. (formwork); Harris Rebar; Dufferin Concrete; Village Masonry; University Plumbing & Heating; Mayfair Electric; Viana Roofing & Sheet Metal and Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows).
