Scope

Working plans call for the construction of a 76,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. * The project has been placed on indefinite hold. New long term care to be constructed on a greenfield site in a single phase. Two-storey combustible with partial basement totaling 7,037m2 accommodating 128 beds in 4 Resident Home Areas. Construction is scheduled to commence July 31, 2023.
