The TD SOC Heating Plant Replacement project involved upgrading the existing heating plant with new high efficiency boilers and variable speed pumping. Existing BAS was expanded for enhanced integration with upgraded heating plant and to allow use of different heating/cooling operating modes at their peak efficiency.
