HVAC and Plumbing Work.
Night work for HVAC and Plumbing scope as per plans provided: MD000, MD101 in coordination with AD101, AD102, AD103, E1
and E2
⦁ 2 mobilizations: 1 for relocation of mechanical and plumbing elements and cut and make safe before demolition + 1 for the Level 1 and the Level 2 Storage Scope (3 originally requested/included)
⦁ Demolition and removal of ductwork and HVAC equipment
⦁ Relocation of one VAV box c/w reheating coil, diffusers & supply grilles, and provide ductwork connection as needed
⦁ Supply and installation of one new diffuser, c/w runout ductwork connection
⦁ Demolition and removal of sink and hot water tank.
⦁ Re-locate and install existing sink, hot water tank and floor drain in new locations. (assumed cast iron and copper dwv for sanitary waste and copper type L for domestic water.)
⦁ Air balancing
⦁ Mechanical insulation
⦁ Seismic engineering and restraint for the mechanical systems
